What to expect:

The Webinar is set up to only allow the panelists (Commissioners, and select C&TSRR staff) to show their video.  All attendees will be listed by name or phone number, depending on how they joined the webinar.

• All attendees will remain muted unless the admin sends a request to an attendee to unmute themselves.  The attendee can unmute by either clicking on their mic if joining by a device, or by pushing *6 on your keypad if joining by phone.
• During the public portion of the meeting, attendees may “raise their hand” to request to be called on and the admin will select the attendees to speak.  To raise your hand, click participants to bring up side panel.  Next to yourself, click more and select the raise hand.  Or, if using your phone press *9.
• Public comments and questions are limited to 3 minutes.
• There will be an Executive Session.  The Commissioners will conduct this meeting privately in a separate meeting and then rejoin the webinar.
