On-line Retail Store – Terms and Conditions
Processing – We will process your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order during our operating season of May through October. For the months of November through April, we will process your order within 24 hours if your order is received by 1:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders received during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Cancellations – We can process cancellations only as long as the package has not left the premises.
Refunds – We must have notice within 48 hours of receipt of your item that you have an issue in order to be able to offer a refund.
Qualifying situations are:
- If an item you receive arrives damaged from shipping, we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To do this, an email photo of the package as it has arrived and the damaged merchandise is required. Please email this information to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If an item arrives damaged and is not a result of shipping (e.g. torn, marked, etc.) Please take pictures and call us so we can discuss sending an additional item out or refunding the original purchase.
- If Item is not what originally thought, you can return the item for a refund. However, the C&TSRR cannot be responsible for the original shipping charges or the shipping to return the item. The refund will be refunded once the merchandise is received.
Exchanges / in store credits – a qualifying customer, based on the refund portion of this policy, may choose to exchange or accept and in store credit instead of receiving a refund to their credit card.
